Wow! It has been almost 2 months since my last Blog!!! Where to start??? I guess with the job since that is where I started my last Blog. Well, the new restaurant wasn't doing so well & I wanted a job that utilized my degree, so I went job searching. I applied at this place called Southern Oaks Center & GOT THE JOB!!! It is my first "real" job & I love it!!!! I work with delinquent youth. Needless to say, there isn't a dull moment!!! I have really grown to care a great deal about each of the kids I come in contact with & it breaks my heart when they get into any trouble. You see, the ones that I work with are sentenced to our facility by a judge because they have gotten in the juvenile court system. If they fail our program, they are sent directly to Mount Megs, which is a juvenile detention facility. They are required to stay there for 366 days!!! Can you believe it??? I just couldn't imagine any of the kids I work with going there. It breaks my heart when one of them gets sent there & I want to do whatever I can to prevent that from happening. I mean, these are good kids who just made some mistakes in life, BUT none of them deserve Mt Megs!!!

Anyway!! My boyfriend & I are doing GREAT!!! I still love him more than life itself & my love for him grows with everyday we have together!! I still cannot believe that I have come from a place where I didn't want a relationship AT ALL to where I am today!! I cannot wait to marry this man & start a family with him!! Can you believe it?? The girl who wanted to have a hysterectomy at the age of 13 because I NEVER wanted kids wants to get married & start a family!!! It is sooooo surreal!! I definitely owe a BIG Thank You to my parents for not letting me get the hysterectomy!! =) (I guess my boyfriend owes them on too!!)

Anyway!! I just recently returned from my big brother's wedding. By the way Jim & Cassie, it was absolutely SPECTACULAR!!!! I am sooo happy for the both of you & cannot wait to see what the future holds!! I cannot believe that my only brother is married!!!!!! It truly is meant to be!!! I know that I don't say this very often, but I love you, Jim & I am sooo very happy for you both!! Congratulations & MANY MANY years of happiness & love to you both!!!

I guess the only other news I need to mention is that I found out Thursday that I am OFFICIALLY accepted into Graduate School!!!! I am officially going to get my Masters in Counseling!!! I am sooooo excited! I truly never thought that I would ever be able to graduate with me bachelors, much less, get accepted into a Masters program, especially not the first & only one I applied to. Now I just have to get the financial aid or student loan information through in time!!! Send good thoughts my way because I know that I am going to need them in the days & weeks to come!!

Anyway!! I guess I better try going to bed now. After all, I have to work tomorrow. However, my schedule is from 2pm - 10pm, so hopefully I should get enough sleep!! Good night Everybody & hopefully your lives are all going as amazingly as you deserve them to be!!!! =)

Hello again World! I have only 2 more weeks until graduation!! I am soooo excited! Not only am I graduating, I get to meet my brother's fiance, and see my brother, and go to Florida for a week! I cannot wait! I had quit working at the restaraunt, but they called me & asked if I could start working again, just on weekends, to help them out. (They are REALLY short staffed because a great deal of people are quitting for the same reason that I did!) I am only going to be working until the end of May because I promised the lady that I babysit for that I would continue to babysit until then! It will be great because I will be making extra money & will have time to work on getting into graduate school. (I am going to get my masters in counseling.) It is a great deal of work & stress, but I know that it will be worth it in the end! Now I am just studying for the MAT (it's a test that I have to get a certain score on to get into grad school, like the ACT for undergraduate). I am nervous about taking it, but I know that I can do it. Anyway! Hope everybody else is doing well & isn't as stressed & busy as I am!! Luv you all!
